- You don't see any events to register for besides the yearly membership and ordering stickers. This is because you have not set up your player's Demosphere account with their birthday and gender. Demosphere only presents you with events that your player qualifies for based on these two bits of information.
- You don't see the team that you registered for after a few days. This is almost always because a unique email for all parents and all players in your family is needed. You cannot share emails and accounts, even for very young players. Grab a gmail account for them. Another reason is that you have created 2 accounts for the same person with one instance being placed on the team but you are logging into the mobile app with the other. Again unique email addresses prevent this.
- Logging into the mobile app doesn't work. Use your email address that you set up your Demosphere account with, and the first time logging in, select 'forgot password'. This establishes your password. Always log in with email/password - Don't use the options to log in with Apple or Google.
