If a player is registered with NYSWYSA under one club in the current soccer year, do they need to be registered again (and fee paid twice) for a second soccer club that they choose to participate on?  

The club that the player is made ACTIVE in first will accrue the registration fee. The second club would not be charged for the player registration.
