Reorder your player pass cardboard stock and lamination sleeves here.  Player passes are no longer printed on NYSWYSA issued cardboard stock.  Plain paper is used for player passes starting in Fall '23 and on due to the rostering change got GotSport.

Black and white printed player passes are acceptible for BCSA league, Thruway league requires color.

Plain paper is used for coaching RM passes, which must be signed by the coach before laminating.

Player passes are downloaded from the NYSWYSA registration system for teams created as "Travel" (u14 and up).

Laminate the "MEMBER PASS", not the "membership card".  Signatures are not required for player passes but are for coaching passes.

White sleeve should only be used for coach RM passes and player passes.  Yellow indicates a secondary club player.  Secondary club example: A player is registered through BC United as their primary club but also participates seasonally with MESC.  MESC would hold the yellow laminated player pass and BC United the white version.
