Starting in 24'/25' season physical passes are no longer needed. If an event still requires it, use GotSport.  Go into the Club Management -> Roster Builder area.  Use team 'Coaching Pass Printing' and add the coaches to it.  You may need to remove previous coaches as there is a limit of 5.  Export IDs as a PDF and print / laminate.
Plain paper is used to print and then laminate coaching passes.  The coaching pass must be signed by the coach (not the club registrar or president) before it is laminated.
