Manage league game schedule changes with the Town Of Union Parks And Recreation manager / 434 Sportsplex manager / GBFC manager. Coordinate field rental time slots for training. Maintain a list of unused field time due to weather for cost accounting.

Monitor incoming club registrations and activate players in GotSport, the New York State West Youth Soccer Association (NYSWYSA) selected registration software. Construct and distribute seasonal league and tournament rosters. Add coaches and players to Otto & GotSport. Run registration and league payment reports. Print and laminate player passes for leagues and tournaments.
Busy season: 2 weeks in early fall, 2 weeks prior to winter league, 2 weeks in early spring.

Social Media & Publicity - Kim Howard

Work closely with other club functional areas to advertise events such as registration opening / closing, leagues starting, uniform orders, club outings, social events, MESC achievements. Establish MESC in new social media platforms as they arise.

Uniform Coordinator - Brian Lorenc

Monitor the uniform request email address. Maintain a list of jersey numbers per team. Assign new numbers to new members. Coordinate the uniform store opening and closing. Identify replacement uniform kits upon obsolescence or unavailability.

Risk Management & Insurance - (vacant)

Understand the NYS Risk Management “coaching pass” process. Guide new and existing coaches through the appropriate process. Interface with NYSWYSA as necessary with RM issues. Download, print, laminate and distribute completed RM passes. Request the yearly certificate of insurance from NYSWYSA for venues that the club participates at, distribute as necessary. Assist in any medical or liability insurance claims.
Busy season: 3 weeks in early fall, 3 weeks in early spring.
Time required: 30 minutes sporadically in active seasons.

Monitor the new member questions email for general inquiries about club participation. Welcome new members to the club once they are registered and provide guidance for what to expect next, and what actions need to be taken.
