Registering & paying for MESC events
This registration / payment area is for all teams, all seasons and all events
Go through the registration process for each soccer event that you want to participate in.
You also use the registration system to view and pay your account balance.
How to register for an event: Start by clicking on the Register & Pay button
On your first time through the Demosphere registration system you create at least one parent and at least one player. It is imperative for both parents and players that you use valid names, emails, phones and birthdays. Information must absolutely be accurate and complete.
Both parents and players should enter their own email when creating a new account as shared accounts or information will lead to mobile app login issues. Be sure your player's birthday is accurate, this is required and can't be changed later.
Each subsequent registration for the duration of your involvement with the club will reuse that identity.
When you have selected an existing or created a new participant in step 1, you then select which of the events you are registering for in step 2. Once you register for an event it will take a day for that event to show up in your Demosphere mobile app. You register for each soccer event that you want to participate in.
Registration deadlines
MESC deadlines are necessary to adhere to league registration deadlines forced upon us. It may be possible to train in the current session without playing games if the date is missed.
Participation in games after the deadline may be accommodated at the coach's discretion and team availability.

Why do I only owe a small $50 amount when registering for soccer sessions?
At the beginning of each soccer session the number of players is typically growing. MESC tries to keep what parents pay as close to the raw cost as possible. To achieve this the cost is calculated mid-session when the player count stabilizes and cost can be divided evenly. At that point your Demosphere account will be invoiced. A session club membership fee is built into each soccer season. There is also a small down-payment for the league fees included. Both of these are represented as the cost shown at the time of registration. Because the final cost is calculated mid-season as described above you will be invoiced later for the balance between the initial installment at the time of registration, and the final cost. This keeps the overall cost to parents at the absolute minimum possible.
